Registered for the wrong account type?

If you have accidentally registered for an Advertiser account when you intended to create a Jobseeker account — or vice versa — please contact us for assistance.

We cannot change the account type on your behalf. Instead, we will need to delete your current account so that you can register again with the correct account type.

To proceed, please get in touch with our support team with your account details, and we will help you with the deletion process.
